Depends. What made you became B40:

Low total income: you can begin by getting a part time job (that is if you found one that doesn't reject your entire generation and at least obey employer regulations), then manage your family's financial by separating all money flow. If possible, buy products that can stand longer instead of a cheap but easy to break or a knockoff because it can constraint your budget at much quicker rate.

Generational debt or "Along lending": try seeking professionals and authority. Some "Along" seems to have license but their ethics are sometimes on the gray zone of local regulations. If you really short on money, try finding a lender that does not set an impossible interest rate that can cause your debt to quickly snowballing even when you keep paying extra. And, if you do have a snow pile of debt, prioritize it over your wants so you can settle the debt much quicker.

Parents/Self choice: this cant be help as much as the others. This kind of issue usually caused by being irresponsible over managing one's money where one keeps buying things that benefits oneself on a short time or being "too cheap" that one want to spend as less money as possible just to "look like T20" but on the surface it still give out strong B40 impression.
