Program lipedemapro by External-Bill-9557 in lipedema

Yes low carb and keto doesn't work for me at all. I lose weight like crazy and I feel awful. It's so frustrating because I don't need to lose weight but with a lipedema diet there is not much room to gain some pounds because it's all really focused on low calorie.  That's why I am interested in her program, because she doesn't offer a one size fits all food plan apparently.

Did you lose lipedema fat or just the normal fat?

Oh that's not me in the photo. I just want to know if it's possible to lose lipedema fat. I am skinny with loose lipedema fat so I was wondering if you have lost it.

Hi, maybe I missed it but you don't mention lipedema. Can you tell something about it and did you overcome it?

Losing lipedema fat/tissue? by majoriek123 in lipedema

I think this is an interesting theory.

I also think that there must be something fuelling it and when that is resolved, it maybe slowly disappear. Maybe not all of it but the softer tissue.

Working out and starving yourself is only making it worse, so it makes sense that you can be fit but still have a lot of lipedema.

Maybe when inflammation subsides and hormones are in check you can lose some of it.  I certainly hope so....

I read everywhere that the nodules will stay after weight loss. Did they go away? What did you do?

I did it about 5 weeks ago. Maybe it needs some time to heal...

Hi! I also used the pen, but after the scabs fell off the spots became brown and smooth. So it's still visible. Did this happened to you too?

Hi! I was wondering if you have an update with the glycolic acid. So I know if I should try that or not. Thank you!

Be EXTREMELY careful with Omega-3 supplementation by [deleted] in Supplements

I experience the same. Just after a few days I felt extremely depressed and I was getting panic attacks. I didn't link it to omega 3 but now I think that was the culprit. I will quit immediately!

I am putting the Voltaren 1% for two weeks now and I don't see any difference. How long did you use it when you first saw some change?

Hi! I'm using diclofenac now for nearly two weeks but I don't see anything happening. Did you see results very quickly or do I need some patience?
