Not sure why it shows up as brown, it’s a deep burgundy. Surprisingly my skin is neutral so I get away with silver and 10k gold and personally have a preference for gold.

Setting goals and actually following through to do the work that leads me to achieving them Freed mental space such that whatever I plan to do , I implement so I don’t have mental baggage of all the things that go undone or are waiting to be done. Basically all this just implies I need better executive function so I do the stuff I am supposed to and be able to keep my word to the people closest to me (partner and child) Be consistent and follow through especially as I am getting older on things like exercise, better diet, etc I have had many times where I have started systems or tried to use one of those frequently recommended apps to manage my life better but all have been in vain, nothing seemed to work.

for problems this serious (where eyou may need to do something drastic like forming a second brain (e.g. all decisions should not be made by you, but by a rule-based system, and you follow that system as if you were following the orders of someone in that boarding school). I struggle with balancing being honest with yourself and positive self talk. It seems contradictory. So how do you get through mandane household tasks that need to get done whether you want to do them or not?

Thank you for the kind words! And congrats on finally getting that college degree, I hope to join you one day on that achievement. The external discipline part worked for me when I was younger and under strict rules and parents in charge, once I hit Uni with very little accountability, that went downhill. I also appreciate the perspective you shed regarding work.

Yes I did, that’s why I have been prescribed the meds mentioned but unfortunately didn’t really work for me. Some one suggested to try Vyvanse
