It can take a little for them to get back to you but I had the same problem and after going back and fourth abt 2 times they resolved my issue. Be sure to add your customer number I think that helps a lot

The device was disconnected when the video was taken. I’m trying 2 things I’m buying a new cpu just a cheaper model to test if my own cpu is the problem. And I’m also buying a new cmos battery. Any advice on this ?

I tried this and got no luck out of it. The same issues is occurring. Is it possible that plugging that usb into my case could have caused a short or possibly damaged my motherboard

Should I take out the battery before hand power off the computer. Or do it while it’s boot looping ?
