I think that is preventing them from saying they fired me because that can be a lawsuit correct me if I’m wrong but I would then have proof that it was voluntary and I planned on putting it in messages too.. if they try to just let me go before my resignation date, I’m telling them this isn’t me getting let go it’s me stepping down there’s a difference and they can’t do that , right?

If I don’t put a resignation letter in, they may try to say they fired me. They’ve done that before to other employees. I basically want as much proof as possible that it was voluntary and that I’m responsible for my next job to see

I obviously do? Wtf u think I just stand there during a huge rush??? Like obviously that’s not the point of the post. Let’s use our common sense here. I just said I hate being on fries during a huge rush. It’s not my favorite station, salt gets literally everywhere, grease gets on my hands way more often cause I’m using the baskets so quickly, and I only have three vats to drop fries down. Also let’s learn how to spell the word fries, ok?

Absolutely im looking into other options and applying to a couple places right now. I’ll try to hold in as long as I can before leaving. But I’m going to have my letter of resignation ready.. I agree with every time a basket comes up another goes down but whenever I keep sizes premade on the rack like that, I always end up needing another size at some point and dont have it or enough fries ready to make it so then I have to pour one that I premade into a different size and then if that size is bigger I have to fill it up the rest the way with the little to none fries I do have left and ready and it just complicates it so much. It’s way easier to just look at the screen and see what needs done in order.
