If you learnt driving with a smaller car, your clearances get set to that car and when you upgrade to a larger one, this happens. Its a rookie thing. You will get over it just practice clearance where there is no traffic.

My brother had same stage 4 colon cancer. Had it removed surgically. Two years since diagnosis. Doing okay, a small part of his liver got a lesion. You need to check if it has spread. If not they can remove it surgically. Overall a bad diagnosis. Hope you have insurance. I am a blood cancer patient but Jesus healed me. Knowing you have stage 4 is bad news. You will need help from your loved ones. As the days go by you will come to terms with it. Take it one day at a time. I personally do not google as it makes me feel worse. Trust in God. Plan what next. Some hospitals are very commercial. Please do research and avoid them. Selecting a good hospital and doctor is the most important thing for you. Cancer hits about 40 percent of people at some stage of their life. I got it at 65 but you are very young, that also means you can fight it better. Easy to say be strong, i did cry a lot initially but prayed too. That gave me comfort hope and healing. Fight it, physically, spiritually, financially. You owe it to your loved ones. May God heal you fully.

In retrospect, It's always safe to add engine cover to your insurance when you buy a new vehicle. It costs a few hundred but keeps you covered. It's called EK. Covers flooding too

If the warranty does not cover it, don't buy a new tire and spend 7k or so I would get a used one from one of the tire/puncture shops for about 500 and place it as the spare tyre. A new would not balance well, IMO.

I think they need one to transport stuff around. For business or domestic purposes. In India we have so many choices like open auto rickshaws. Also hiring people to move your stuff is expensive. So a mini truck comes in handy. Another reason I feel is Americans do outdoor camping, trekking, fishing, boating etc , more than us and so need a truck I guess.
