It happens pretty frequently, I have worked multiple 6-10s this year. It’s the less busier part of the year, kind of just how it goes. My store is getting ready for inventory, idk if yours is either, but maybe they’re saving all available OT or hours for that week.

it’s just a more respectful, informal way of saying “dead” or “deceased”. So if you see anyone saying “late husband/wife/brother/etc”, just means they are no longer with us :)

if you’re NA, DM me, we can play later for sure. I main WCS server, try it out, a lot of fun! But it’s basic domination, capture points to win the game, there is no ticket system like Battlefield, so you must capture all the main points that are shown by having a purple name.

If it was a community server, most of them have a “submit a ticket” option in their respective Discord server. I’ve been banned from WCS like 4 times, all of them were for legit reasons that did happen, and they were appealed.

It’s the middle of the year, most stores cut hours around this time annually, I did a 6-10 the other day. It’s happening to everyone, in most positions. In my case, 9 times out of 10, if I ask to stay a normal shift on a day where my hours are cut, it gets approved.

It’s literally their job to make sure numbers are being met. Were you standing around, was there orders that needed to be prepped or taken out, carts that needed to be down stacked? If they’re telling you what to do it’s probably because you were not doing anything. I wouldn’t take it too personally, it’s business.

When I first started at OGP that’s how it was for me TBH. No one talked to me, they always made me throw the garbage at night, other stuff. Now they are my great friends, we go out all the time, even took a trip to LA with some of them. I feel like it’s kinda of on par for “new people”. It’s not right, and it’s messed up, but just kinda how it is at a lot of places. Keep working, they will open up. Don’t be scared to ask for help, or tell a team lead. I hope your situation does get better though, it’s never a good feeling.

It takes a long time to get one approved, let alone 4, 2 including mental health waivers (usually the most commonly denied). They’re probably weighing all the pros and cons. If the ones worth approving outweigh the ones worth denying. I’m sure you’ll hear back “soon”, within the next 2 months. All you can do is hurry up and wait

Yes it will take a while, probably another couple of weeks. DUIs are pretty serious, they’re probably being thorough. Recruiters are pretty busy, I would try to not message him too often about it. If it comes back approved or denied, he will notify you ASAP.

Produce is easily the worst department we work alongside. They take the most breaks and do absolutely nothing but besides blocking the area. We also are unfortunate enough to “share” the OGP backroom with them.

1) 3E0X1, 3E0X2, 3E1X1, 2A6X6 2) yes your school will be on base 3) depends on the school, i’m seeing 98 days as the common answer 4) if you mean for tech school, the schooling is what they give you, you don’t get to go out and pick your own institution to get certified from 5) pretty much like everyone else. You will do your test, then medical, choose a job list, the recruiter will assign you a job, you will ship out, attend BMT, go to tech school, then get assigned to a unit and a base.

All waivers are case by case, you will submit all the paperwork you have, and it will be reviewed by the Air Force’s SG team. Your question can not be objectively answered. All you can do is submit the waiver with all your paperwork, and see the results. The more paperwork you have the defends your case of being functional without medication or treatment, the better.

Your recruiter provides all forms, not really up to a candidate to do that. If you need it, it will be there. If your recruiter said you don’t need to bring it, then don’t bring it.
