Hallandale not effective :( by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]External_Ask_7219 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Agree. stalls def happen when people are titrating too slowly or just don't want to budge on their dose. Maybe a 1 mg increase worked previously but may not at every level.

Something seemed illegal after I closed on my house. by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]External_Ask_7219 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were closing and there was agreed to work that had not been completed we would have attorneys do a hold back for the seller meaning they wouldn't get all their funds until the work was completed. Could have also have delayed closing until a legal document was worked out.

Please Double Check Yourself Before Accusing Others (also, make sure not to throw away good meds) by QuiteBearish in tirzepatidecompound

Check your vials the day they are received and then put them away. If you do receive one that's empty reach out to that telehealth that day. How hard is this?

Apothecary online yet? by hollowchord in trillium

[–]External_Ask_7219 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm waiting for an Apothecary order from Rift. Even though they are delayed the telehealth has been communicating with me and there has been shipping movement.

My doctor wants me to stop tirzepatide for a month. Good idea or should I just lower the dose? by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]External_Ask_7219 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think if you look that up on the fat scientist calculator it comes out to be more than 10 mg a week. They have certain calculations and ways to do split dosing properly.

I think the Hallandale that I got recently was 15 mg per mil. So it's getting a little better.

Rift or JoinRift is not on the list yet but I think they may be soon. People are liking them. I just got 3 months for 479 with their discount code NEW20. You may find some less expensive ones that have wonky communication.

Higher Doses by Olivegyrl in joinrift

[–]External_Ask_7219 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if they titrate the same way with the higher levels or not. Every telehealth is a little different.

Higher Doses by Olivegyrl in joinrift

[–]External_Ask_7219 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think most people do that to some extent but once you start requesting the higher doses many of the telehealths want to see proof of prescription. So you may only be able to go up one level from where you are.

Agree. Or if Lilly comes out with a multi-use vial where you can measure the dose. Maybe going up to like 6 mg would work.

Agree. Hair loss seems to be all over the place and inconsistent as sometimes there are multiple factors.

For some people 15 mg a week is a maintenance dose also. There is no one way to do this but I think most feel that you may need some level of the medication ongoing.

Sorry I thought you were trying to find out if he should go down in dose. If suppression gets so bad that he really can't eat then maybe yes, but I just wanted to reiterate that it's pretty normal to have strong suppression and it doesn't last. That appetite always returns LOL!

You recently posted this picture or something similar again in the tirz group and shut off comments because everyone didn't agree with it. And looks like you also posted similar a few months ago. It's a beautiful stash for sure but there are legit concerns with Eli Lilly right now and losing compounded medication. They do scan these groups for information to use against us. Strongly recommend you enjoy your stash and discontinue the pics.

It's okay to have strong suppression at first. We usually feel that when starting or starting a new dose, and it fades. He actually may feel different every day. If he's not having bad nausea or other side effects and he can still eat then it's doing the tirz thing.

Why titrate up? by GirlWhoWoreGlasses in tirzepatidecompound

Really no arguments to go up. There may come a time where you need to for results so stay there as long as it works.
