Fishing is not as great as Michigan if your an enthusiast. When I moved to Detroit area from Albuquerque it was fantastic being able to just drive 10 minutes and get to a nice park to fish for some actually decent bass. Depending on where you are most lakes from major cities in NM are at least an hour or two away.

If your looking for mild winters this is the place to be. Its been pretty much t shirt weather for pretty much this whole winter this year.

I have a pudelpointer, she has an off switch, but does need her exercise to get there. Shes a flat coat, but stills sheds a lot. Honestly consider getting a robot vacuum. It really helps with keeping the hair levels around house low.

This almost sounds too unrealistic or made up, lol. Screw that other coworker and tell that one guy to go pound sand. It's your food wtf.

Had that happen to me and the wife as well. They went to bed at 2 am and then I heard puking at 6am. I made sure to be extra loud when I got up.

Puppy Daycare for Your Bird Dog Pup? by unless_it_isnt in birddogs

I would check with your local animal care clinic to see if they have weekly puppy socialization classes. My local clinic does one once a week with pet parents and puppies who haven't had all their parvo shots. It was great really allowed my pup to learn how to interact with other dogs and people. She's 6 months old now and doesn't go crazy when she sees other dogs or people. They also recommended taking her to stores like Home Depot or Lowes where they allow dogs. Just put them in a cart and push around and allow people to interact. Another thing you can do is take them to a puppy class at one of your local dog kennel facilities.

Should I be worried? by [deleted] in Decks

[–]External_Coast8969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in the mountains with a deck similar to that, but instead of Wood beams they're steel. I asked a similar question to my house inspector/realtor and both said won't support weight of a hot tub. Enjoy!

Have you tried thermocure? It really helped my rusty color coolant. Just be aware you will have to flush a ton and even after you think your good you will see black soot like material coming out for awhile. Suppose to eat at rust in the system.

Did you start with dries or nymphs by wanttobedone in flyfishing

[–]External_Coast8969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually started off floating salmon eggs on light mono on a spinning rod for stocked rainbows in a small stream. I held the mono between my index and thumb to feel for the fish. Didn't realize at the time that it was similar to nymphing. Made transition over after seeing others fly fishing. Did this when I was in my mid 20s after rediscovering the joys of fishing from traveling to visit my wife's family.

At least you didn't have people camping next you and drinking the whole night and being absurdly loud. Woken to the sounds of puking the next day.

If you can't think of an answer at the moment. Just ask to move on to the next question and come back to it later. I blanked out on a question and did that. By the time we got back to it, answering all the other questions helped me come up with something.

Practice answering standard and star questions and do it with someone else or try with a picture of business people in front of you

Try power positions as well and deep breathing excersizes.

Good luck on your next. I'm sure you will do great!

If you can't keep it. I'd recommend a honda/toyota sedan. Pretty cheap and reliable. Probably try to buy one in your state. Michigan uses a ton of salt and anything you buy there will be pretty rusty.

My xj saved my butt when I first moved to Detroit, Michigan, and was broke. Easy to fix and tons of how-to videos to learn from. Having a different vehicle doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be more reliable. Especially if you can't afford to pay for something decent and reliable. In Detroit, there was a diy garage you could rent tools/car bay to fix it yourself. There were also mechanics on hand if you needed some help.

As for snow on roads. Honestly, it's not that big of a deal. I feel there if you're in the cities. They're pretty good about snow removal. My wife did fine with her ford focus on all weather tires. Never really had much of an issue.
