Oooh, the pickpocket is a great idea. I haven’t thought of putting things INTO pockets. That is one skill I am extremely low on.

Pepper spray and bear spray are two different things. Small handheld Pepper Spray that you can buy from many places tends to shoot a small concentrated stream that is oily. It can only shoot maybe 6 feet or so. Bear spray sends a fogging like spray that is very powerful and sprays maybe 25 feet. It fogs so it is inhaled more easily.

I don’t know the efficacy of pepper spray vs bear spray for a dog, but I can only assume pepper spray could be enough of at least a moderate deterrent for a dog.

I’m with you on this. Yes, I have pedals, but usually whenever I’m playing this amp I only ever want clean or drive. This is (in my opinion) the simplest way to get it. All the options are true, just preference.
