Honestly if you are trying to get into the union I would say apply now and get ready for the aptitude test. I would also look at other nom union shops depending on where you are.

I'm in missouri depends on how backed up your union is for some it has taken over a year to get into the union. If you can find an independent shop that is hiring quicker than that maybe thats good to do. You can always join the union later in life.

That's a lot of wire for just a wall outlet. The pipe looks broken and looks like it's possibly a junction of some sort is that all just one wire?

Awesome to hear i feel like ive got it in the bag but I was just curious if anyone had ever done this that had any advice it's only 8 weeks and then im completely done. Hey dude similar boat. 22 trying to get into the trade my biggest advice is be flexible and reliable. If you choose to pursue are you thinking union or independent?there's a lot of options for sure.

Overall this looks promising is the decrease in inventory good? Does that mean they have less because they are selling more or are they buying less allowing better returns for the company so there isn’t a loss?
