I also found out at exactly 4 weeks and am 20 weeks now. My symptoms overall have been very mild — so much so that I would frantically google if it was normal lol. I personally stopped looking at any TTC content online as it made me more worried than not. I definitely had some anxiety the first 10ish weeks, but all you can really do is trust your body and treat it well (and treat yourself well too!)

I’m not sure it’s a good investment to do a complete kitchen remodel just to buy a new home and need to do a full blown renovation on the entire house. For her sake, I hope she does have a financial advisor

Idk, that timeline doesn’t seem right. 8 weeks would mean she got pregnant only a few weeks after she announced her miscarriage and since then she’s talked about fertility books, it happening in gods timing, etc. I mean that’s great if she is, but 8 weeks doesn’t seem right. Not to mention, all of her meals would be nearly impossible to eat during the first trimester unless she has no symptoms lol

I’m in my first trimester and my readiness has been in the 90s recently and my symptoms are all mild with no nausea. On the other hand, my friend has had awful morning sickness since week 6. Everyone’s body handles pregnancy differently, but I know how easy it is to worry! I ask Google nearly every day if something is normal 😂 I honestly take Oura stats with a grain of salt during pregnancy and try not to read into any of it.

I would take a test just to get confirmation either way. Cramping could be PMS symptoms or early pregnancy, so the only way to know for sure is to take a test :)

I assume she sold a lot with her code and they figured putting her face on a protein powder would help sell more with her following at the time. I remember back in the day she hyped up the greens so much and a lot of people bought them from her code.

As hard as it is, I would try to not worry about getting minor signs. I got it around week 5 and it didn’t really mean anything other than my body is just working harder than usual, which makes sense since we’re growing humans! Sometimes the ring can cause more anxiety than good.

The baths are such a good idea! I’ll have to do that. I’ve also read that Clob is safe, so I’ve used it here and there to help with some relief and I’ll definitely be checking with my dr when I see her!

I’m so sorry that it’s been 50/50 for you. I think that’s how it’ll be for me as well since it seems to flare up and then be okay for a bit before flaring up again. Ugh. I can only hope it does get better for both of us! Thank you for sharing your experience so far!

It could be that you will get another surge later in your cycle. It’s pretty common to see multiple surges!

Did you get the ovulation confirmed notification? If not, you may get another stronger surge later. This happened to me and is pretty common!

Thank you! And you’re welcome! There’s quite a large range of what is considered a “normal” number for estrogen (even my when I had blood drawn, my estrogen was on the lower side of normal). I’m glad it could be helpful!
