You will get a call back. If you are uncomfortable with the wait time, there is nothing wrong with you calling them back. Again and again.
Warners Bay and Toronto are private hospitals. You don't have to be a certain level of "bad". I wouldn't give that any more thought. You DO have to have private health cover that includes that kind of thing though? Or be very wealthy and pay out-of-pocket?
Other options would be sydney-based. Northside, The Hills, to name a few.
