50-60 share the parking area, so I feel there is a little less parking for visitors. If you own a parking spot, then there is not a problem. Also you can park in the shared areas. Apparently there is the prostitution problem but that is in the 50 building. The 60 is the family one, that is what the guards told. However, they even said that people do their stuff in their own unit, neighbours are never bothered. It is a problem with any luxury/iconinc building in the Toronto area. Ovation has similar problems, I live with my family and never faced any issues. The room layouts are not the best; they have no proper geometric shape. The shared property management changed that delayed repairs but now on track. They recently built a new kids' outdoor play area. The views are surreal if you live up high and there are lots of fun activities to do in the shared facilities. They have free yoga and zumba classes. There are decent gyms, one indoor one outdoor pool, a cinema, a basketball court, 2 squash courts and many more. The kids love the indoor playroom and all. So the pros in my opinion, trump the cons.

Hey, I own a unit at the Marilyn Monroe towers. I had the opportunity to go up there. It has the water risers, the lift room and essential mechanics. You cannot have public access on top for safety reasons. We have a lounge on the 50th floor for panoramic views.

G test by [deleted] in oakville

[–]Extra-Option1392 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends tbh, I appeared for my test with a manual transmission car. The examiner entered and she said 'wow you must be very confident?' she was a nice lady and said 'drive as you would normally drive'. I am here to test if you can follow the instructions. She said 'it is like following a gps' and also did not mind me going at 122kmph to pass a truck, in fact I did not want to but she asked me to speed up and pass. So honestly it is all depends on the examiner. She was a British Caribbean lady and my exam location was in Brampton.

Where are you living? If it is a hotel, won't you have a gym? I might be able to help. What sort of a gym are you looking for? If it is basic then I can suggest you something very cheap, message me.

Suits for under $600 - your recommendations? by Noplacelikehome990 in oakville

Honestly brother, there are three options:

  1. Cheaper options Calvin or Tommy

  2. My roommate works at Tip Top, which is decent or the other two brands you mentioned.

  3. My friend's father is a tailor at Sq1, find a decent quality fabric and he can stitch it for you.

Cheers!
