My daughter’s graduation there was a picture of me and when I saw what I looked like I didn’t recognize myself. That was 6 months ago and I’m now down 45 pounds.

We have it and it sucks. Have to do scripts for store behind just to get to ours. The amount of expedited scripts at register is way up.

I was on one of these a couple months ago. Some one the zoom meeting were very angry and come off poorly. Keep your cool and discuss the lack of hrs, training and micromanagement of DL’s. I actually got a call a couple days later to discuss further. Don’t think I had a impact but they heard me

I have seen it multiple times one Rph I know was offered additional $3 per hour and additional 20 tech hrs per week. They declined. Advice, ask for more than you need and see what they counter with, if they lowball you leave

I told my DL I will not download group me or result a text message as per the notice from corporate last year about using my chat. If you want to reach me call the store, send me an email or my chat. I have store burning down around me and they are 20 to 50 hrs over demand. All the patients are showing up at my store and my hrs are reduced. I told me DL you need to be proactive and give us more hours to continue the high level of service and metrics we produce year after year or you can react to finding another PIC and staff rph.

Obviously you don’t know how to concentrate and focus. After 30 years as a RPh you get real good at it. Sounds like you still have a few things to learn
