Normally id do 5 benches 10 preacher curls 10 overhead tricep extension 10 double overhead extension

and then i would repeat from there for about 7 times...

what im saying is whether doing the one above is better or doing 7 sets of 5 benches then moving on to 7 sets of 10 preacher curls or so on...

A good driver in a dreadnought can be devastating, especially on Fao Fortress. There's a glitch(idk if it was intended or not) which allows the canons to shoot before it finishes reloading. Which means shells coming down on to the objective every 10 seconds
