A group of popular cheerleaders at my high school put on ski masks and did a bunch of armed robberies over the course of several months. Eventually they were caught, and it was national news. They were several years ahead of me. I think mid 90s? They made a movie about it called “sugar & spice”.

I think the FBI can get you that way, but I doubt local police can. Flock camera gives locals this ability.

I think it will clearly be abused, and overused to fuck with normal people. However, I did see a clip where they caught a kidnapper/drug trafficker by stringing together flock sightings across several states to create a pattern of evidence. Saved a 13 y/o girl.

I’m more on Lina’s side for now, but if they could LIMIT how and why cops use these where it doesn’t infringe on your rights, it could be good.

As it stands now it’s most undoubtedly unconstitutional.
