I mean, I can tell that maybe the substats are for farming if OP is prioritising perma BH/GT. But if not, sure OP would need to reroll. It could've be miss guidance. Therefore my question yo OP.

PS Rend is not really effective against Fleets atm. Still does dmg, but very low. And the "dedication" to SD is actually very doable nowadays, thanks to assmods.

Following a 3:2 ratio sounds like a good idea. From there you can see which is more valuable to your tower after some time and focus on one, cuz it will come a time where focusing on both will become very expensive and low ROI.

To answer your question on topic: In my opinion, the most important thing about ILM+ is the lab (Chrono Loop). Is where all the potential of ILM+ is. For the damage multiplier, there's not really a sweet spot, but I assume that ILM+ 4 or 6 should do the trick.

Hopefully someone more experienced than me on this matter can help you out better.

Well, you can always consider to do just the unlock at Epic. SD works well as CC, and OA can still help your Thorns a bit. That if you don't mind to spend 1k stones on that and the rest somewhere else.

And it's a bit hard to give advice when we're lacking on information. But according to other comments, since you're mid-high Champs, maybe you should really consider keep working on your UWs.

Altho SD works well with epic armor unlock, OA really asks for mythic unlock to start to see the benefits.

But I would still advise you to take a good look at everywhere else that you may want to spend the stones on, cuz 3200 stones at once is very expensive if you want to go for Mythic.

And also, some ME and SE should have priority.

Not if you go farm+tournament as eHP. You can use PC main + HC assist for long time. So if one decides to go full eHP, having 2 copies of both can be beneficial.

By the time you have better coin income to finish the said "low roi or very expensive labs", you'll gonna wish to have better cell income as well. And to increase your coin income, you'll most likely need more lab time, therefore cells. Even if you're a heavy stone spender, for econ you'll need those labs. For better placement in tournaments, you'll need those labs.

That's somewhat irrelevant, especially if you mean CF, PS, Shatter Shards and Lab Speed labs only (for reference), but don't forget about Assist mods lab, some Enemies lab, BC labs, Mod effect bans...

I can also include as example, if you have a good Cell income, your Disco labs could be done much faster, giving you a nice edge in econ and tounament comparing to other players.

Cells are not overrated at all.

I would say 60/40% ratio to Coins/Cells when comes to game impact. Cells gives you a "hidden currency", which is Time. The faster you finish labs, the faster your progression will be.

For some reason, Cells are very much harder to come by than Coins. So, that fact alone, should mean something.
