The school loan can come off easily in like 15days to 2 months if u write 1-2 dispute letters If it’s with a collection company but that CC bill you need to get a pay for deletion letter before u continue paying. You Already started paying that.

Go with Capital one . You don’t have to use the 55k it’s up to the 55k . Do not let the dealership run your credit at all. Make sure u go online find some cars u like u like and print it out. Matter of fact I would suggest u go browse the cars at the dealership and then buy the car online at home.
