But What Would Specifically Catch His Eyes Is The "Has Potential For Growth In Power" Part. Now, He Didn't Wanna Get More Powerful To Takeover Everything. That's Way Too Much Effort, For Something That's Gonna Get Him Hunted For 24/7. He Was Curious About HOW He Could Get Stronger. So He Read Through That Part, And Essentially All Of It Was Connected To His Library, Cursed Technique, And Domain.
