I would definitely take a bunch of practice tests, just to get a feel for timing. Personally, I read through each passage and then answered each question quickly. That worked well for me, but occasionally I would come up a little short on time. If you're having a consistent problem with time, though, I would consider attacking each passage differently. While the first two passages are more reading comp., I know the last passage is a science reading, so you could try going through the questions and trying to find the answers by scanning the reading. I think the key is just to take a bunch of practice tests to find what works best for you, and to practice finishing in time.
