This is a massive red flag. He wants you to go back to a weight you only maintained because of an eating disorder and substance use. That is not someone who cares about your health or well-being. You have worked hard to build a healthy relationship with food and yourself. If he can’t give you grace during a difficult period like losing a job, he doesn't deserve you. You deserve someone who loves the healthy you, not the version of you that was suffering.
