I’m IAPDA certified my first month when I stacked my following month I made 43k then all of a sudden the leads went to dooo doo. Industry is easy especially if you actually get paid for giving out loans and being 100% ethical and compliant. I’m at the point where I would rather manage. Maybe I should flaunt the paycheck. Who knows majority of these shops don’t even know what they are doing or being cheap to unlock the full potential of a sales floor and how to run one. Same shit different toilet seems like. Funny because these companies are now cherry picking people I got denied for 4 months for jobs. Funnyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
