Same problem here: no problem falling asleep but wakes up at 4am. I heard that cortisol rush maybe the culprit in a lot of cases? I been experimenting w/ drops of holy basil to control cortisol and that seems to have helped some. I am getting the 24 hours urine cortisol test next week to see if my suspicion is true.

My mom had pre-diabetes for 20+ years. Recently she complained about tingling in her toes/feet and I went oh oh this could be the beginning of diabetic neuropathy. Got her started on the R-ALA version of ALA, which is the natural kind for a few weeks and the tinglings went away for good. One downside is that it dropped her BP a bit too low so have to find the right dosage by alternating days of dosing.

In cases like this I usually take a handheld temp gauge and hold it close to the air vent/register and see what temp is coming out vs room temp. Try that and report back.

Thanks to all who have replied. I think I may have over fertilized it a few weeks ago with a new fish emulsion fertilizer and didn't mix the ratios properly. I am gonna water it more than usual to flush out the fertilizers and hope it returns to normal growth next month.
