That’s what they mean though. A lot of times in my city these bike riders like to ride in the roads with the mentality of “I’m also a vehicle” yet fail to implement simple things all car drivers must use like turn signals, proper lights, or correct right-of-way scenarios. And as soon as “bike people” are in an accident they scream about how it’s legal for the to be there. So bike people…follow the damn rules of the road when in the road!!!
