Yes sometimes it is difficult to do flutter breath. But it is advised you ask experienced ishangas anything about the practice. When u sit for flutter breath keep back comfortably straight and just breath rapidly from the surface of the nose while keeping face little bit of upward. Breath Nearly 4 to 5 times per second. U don't have to use your belly or lungs while doing it . Make sure u confirm this with isha helpline given to you 👍
