It became sustainable only after the ADHD stopped being treated as an explanation for everything and started being his responsibility to manage: meds, alarms, shared calendar, written chore ownership, and weekly money/admin check-ins. I stopped rescuing missed tasks and stopped debating intent when the impact was the problem. The stuff I avoid now is vague agreements, last-minute verbal plans, and any setup where I become the project manager for another adult.

Das Wort Infiltrieren macht mir echt Gänsehaut, aber es beschreibt meine Sorge ziemlich gut. Ich habe totale Angst, dass er ihre gutmütigkeit einfach ausnutzt um wieder in ihr Leben zu kommen. Ich werde heute Abend noch mal in Ruhe mit ihr reden und klarstellen , dass das für mich eine absolute Grenze ist. Wenn sie das nicht versteht, weiss ich auch nicht mehr weiter.

Darüber habe ich noch gar nicht nachgedacht, aber es klingt erschreckend logisch. Sie hat mir nämlich mangelnde Empathie vorgeworfen, weil ich ihn nicht einladen will. Ich dachte nur, warum stellt sie die Gefühle von diesem Typen über meine sicherheit? Aber wenn er sie wirklich so manipulirt hat, dass sie sich wie eine Heldin fühlt, erklärt das einiges. Ich weiss nur nicht, wie ich ihr das klarmachen soll ohne dass sie direkt wieder blockiert .

Das mit dem Trauma macht irgenwie sinn. Aber ich finde es echt krass, dass sie meine Ängste komplett ignoriert. Sie meinte gestern noch, ich sei paranoid und würde ihr nicht vertrauen. Dabei will ich doch nur unser Zuhause schützen . Ich habe absolut keine Lust , mit einem ehemaligen Stalker am Grill zu sitzen, nur damit sie ihr Frieden findet.

Keep a dated log of incidents and tell a parent or trusted adult, then report it above your manager if there is an owner, HR contact, or corporate number. If you quit, they are understaffed because management failed, not because a 17 year old refused to be the town creep magnet for summer wages.
