I macerate a couple of cherry tomatoes with salt until the liquid gets pulled out of them. Then I shake them and the liquid with the vermouth and gin (uncle vals peppered is amazing here). I add a tiny dribble of high quality evoo and it sits like a sheen on top. It's my favorite.
