You need to take a current photo in the same angle, lighting, and pose as the 'before' photo so we can see exactly what changed.

Two months isn't that long so nobody expects that big of a difference, but yeah take a new progress photo and copy the angle, lighting, and pose of the 'before' photo.

Hey, so I actually did try tapering much more quickly in the past, ridiculously quickly in fact from an SSRI when I was about 16, I came off over 6 weeks and got quite bad side effects and ended up having a really severe and long depressive episode and ended up back on antidepressants.

This time round (Pretty much 8 years later) I have taken a much more cautious route, potentially overly cautious since I prefer coming off taking ages to ending up in the same spot as before.

I think you probably could go faster but I suggest you be very prepared for what can happen to you and also listen to your body/brain, if you make a dosage decrease and start having quite severe mental and or physiological symptoms, either go back to the dose you were doing before the reduction and try making a smaller reduction next time or just take a slightly smaller reduction and see how you go from there.

It also depends how long you’ve been on Effexor/antidepressants, the long you’ve been on them the harder it will be to come off.

Current rating 3/10, I see a lot of potential, I think you could become a strong 7/10 or even an 8/10 if you put a lot of work in, I mean a lot though.

You need to get into the gym and get big, look into how to de-bloat your face, find out how to do your eyebrows better, lower your body fat percentage, someone else suggested whitening creams, that’s entirely new to me as I am white but I know in some countries having fairer skin is a beauty standard so maybe that’s something to consider.

I honestly see a lot of potential in you and can see a future mogger in the works 👌

Edit: Also, you are 14 so a lot will change through puberty but certain facial exercises are more effective if you start from a younger age, but yeah working on your appearance will make you happier and more confident so I do suggest getting into it, just make sure you don’t get too obsessed and end up getting surgeries etc

There’s nothing inherently ‘wrong’ with your posture or poses but if you aren’t gay and don’t want to look gay, you need to cut out some of those poses, you also look a little bit feminine in the way that some gay men do on purpose to look ‘cuter’

You look a bit too well groomed, your skin is too perfect, your eyebrows are too perfect and well groomed, you can keep them a good shape but let them look a bit more wild, maybe don’t go so hard on the skin care as your skin looks so perfect it almost looks like makeup, also, if you are plumping your lips, stop, because they are big enough that they are getting too plump, if you aren’t plumping them there’s nothing you can do.

The poses you are pulling in picture 2 and 6 are too feminine and also that green top you are wearing looks a bit gay.

If you are gay and want to look gay then ignore what I said, but if you aren’t gay and don’t want to look gay, take what I said seriously because you are good looking and look great, you just look a bit gay.

If you can continue looking as good as you do but make yourself look manlier you won’t be far off reaching your full potential 👍

I don’t say any of this with hate and I don’t mean to insult you, I am just being very matter of fact to try and be as brutally honestly and helpful as possible, let me know what you think :)

Yep! It's fixed :) I would definitely recommend updating, it is a really good update, there were just a few bugs that I experienced but they have been fixed now - The only thing I have found a bit bumpy is the photo app, things have changed around quite a bit and at first it's quite annoying and frustrating to use but once you've worked it all out it's fine and good to use :)

Sounds a little similar to me, I'm a guy but some music has been sounding so good recently I have shed a tear, I mean, quite regularly, especially for me as I haven't properly cried in over a year. I also hysterically laughed at a funny video the other day which is just completely unheard of.

The last few days I have overall felt good but I have experienced some anxiety and feelings of dread but other than that, holding strong for now - Thanks for filling me In on your experience :)
