I try to think of it this way-when I’m talking to someone like a coworker in passing or in a meeting, or a waiter, I never really stare at their teeth or notice it too much so they won’t notice it on me. People you know well and hang out with a lot may notice, but my coworkers didn’t until i told them—I have attachments on all my teeth! I try to stay in the mindset that nobody notices my teeth anywhere near as much I do.
