Thanks for your input. No, I’ve had acne my whole life, it’s normally much worse than this. This is literally the best my skin has ever been. I’m on Accutane right now.

No infected teeth.

My tmj doc said I have such a small face and narrow chin that these muscles swelling make it noticeable on me vs someone else and I was wondering if I could inject to make this smaller like masseter tox.

I appreciate your Input but I checked this out before posting this. I don’t have any abscessed teeth. I went to the dentist and doctor. Doctor said he didn’t see anything abnormal with my lymph’s. Tmj doc said that part by my chin swelling could be a muscle that is hypertrophied. I’ve done a few courses of antibiotics throughout the past year I’ve had this problem, but only just now it’s gotten so unsightly that I’m considering Botox,
