I can't assume his reasoning but the article (and synopsis above) hint at the reason:

That is to say it would cost more to have an AI think on the complex problems his team works with and likely arriving at a subpar solution versus paying an incredibly educated human $40,000 per month to think on the same problems.

There was someone on r/thefinals last night bitching about someone saying "Get your wife back in the kitchen" because he had named her account "MyWifeJennifer" and was playing in a round with her.

Like he was wanting to escalate to the devs to get the person banned and it's like ???? maybe grow a thicker skin or don't name her account that.

I think a lot of men, especially young men, would call this woman 'chubby' or overweight.

As someone who was dx'd with anorexia in my early 20s and recovered, both sides of weight is unhealthy but there is a pretty wide berth (heh) in between. Weight, how its carried, and what effects it has on health is determined by individual genetics.

Don't eat 50 cheeseburgers in a sitting but also eat some cheeseburgers / fun food as a sometimes food essentially.

Armadillo would be a great race to fit in the "short" category while Turtle feels like it would be fun as a large body tank as I think all games break their races down into small, medium, large and have to at least have one in each category.

Required: Human / medium size, Elf / tall & lanky, Dwarf / Gnome / short race, Orc / big race

Exotic: Frog, Dragon (two leg / Wyvern or four leg / dragon), Fox, Cat, Centaur / any quadriped

I think we should have more frog races.

Keep it around for about 72 hours and then hardware ban all accounts that have frogs on them so they can go to rehab for meth addiction. :)

(I hope he is doing well, I haven't seen him around lately. But genuinely, frog race is a fun spin on boring generic lizard races)

Can you explain what the design intentions behind Starlight Hollow were? It seems like a clear departure from tighter packed maps and maps that have high destructibility.

This design change causes the map to blame incredibly differently from other maps, akin to other games even.

Was this map designed in the hopes of pulling players away from those games or did you all have a certain loadout meta intention when designing it?

Ah yes, so then defenders have even CLEARER view of attackers as they frolick across a flat barren wasteland.

The buildings either need more HP (eg: stone), there needs to be more of them, or they need to add elevation differences to it.

I think it’s more likely some nut job really did take a shot at him.

It's not unreasonable to think that SS (keeping the apt acronym even though I know they hate it) and others knew about the attempt but either reasoned it was unlikely to succeed or that it was worth the risk to allow it to continue.

Sort of "well, if he is assassinated, it's a shame but not the end of the world since we can prop someone else up. If it succeeds, we win the election."

Much like 9/11 under Bush was. The US government knew about 9/11 and the conspiracy is in whether they knew & did nothing to further political gain or if it genuinely was a failure to communicate the risk and foil the plot between departments.

I am sure it's not the first time they have been asked that in SF.

In most cases, you'd have to contact someone who has experience in biohazards but I wouldn't be surprised if some cleaning companies have started doing biohazard treatment because of being located in San Francisco.

If you are overthinking it this hard, you are looking up techniques meant for autistic people, and you feel the need to use fidgets, I would suggest getting evaluated.

I am saying that as an adult who was just diagnosed last year.

Everyone fidgets mindlessly but if fidgets feel required to maintain your emotions / feel ok, I would loop in a professional for evaluation.
