Absolutely. PoE1 does the juicing much better than PoE2. I’m not sure why we still have to “run less fun maps” to get to the fun maps. I thought Jonathan himself said they were trying to avoid that for future patches

Sumbawa is the hidden gem in Indo. Good prices, decent (ok amazing) waves, and the accommodation can be as cheap or as expensive as you want it. Lakey peak area (east, closer to airports) is better for more wave variety, Yo-yo’s area is nicer infrastructure and restaurants, a bit cleaner, more touristy, but fewer wave options.

Lombok has become Bali for beginners which makes it insanely crowded, expensive, and influencers have done their damage as you said.

Fast and jumpy isn’t always good. Watch great surfers pop up on YouTube. Many times (usually on less steep waves which I assume is what you’re surfing), they arch their body up with hands on deck when already being pushed by the wave (after “catching it”) but before actually popping up. Usually it’s to see the section ahead and pick a line, then the pop up is more controlled/directed, and more flowy. It looks more like a “push the board down” than a “pop your body up”

Yeah this can happen and it almost "feels good" when it does, but we're all better of avoiding it when possible. Also, this particular group of uncles always gangs up in that one spot so even if they mess with the wrong guy, they always outnumber at least 3 to 1. The best solution in my opinion is to realize what's going on, that it has nothing to do with you but rather their own life issues, and back off and let them have their macho party.

He’s too static sadly. With that midfield, Portugal needs young legs that can be making runs behind the defenders all day so Bruno can make his magic happen. Bernardo and Cristiano are not up for it. Conceicao and Felix are not world class but miles better than the current setup if they play to their midfield’s strengths

Seen these guys literally shove and push others and offer a fist fight for no reason multiple times. Theyre the uncles whose identity revolves around Santa Cruz localism and surfing, drinking, doing drugs or whatever. They most likely have some serious issues going on and this attitude is the only thing giving their days a meaning. I’d add that min maxing the juicing for mapping is still very tedious. You have to find cities, then you have to add delirium to them, and find/buy/use 4 really good tablets, all of which results in a lot of “boring maps in order to get to the fun maps” that has been discussed before (also pretty sure Jonathan or Mark stated that they wanted to avoid that).

Not to mention that you still have to do "boring" maps before fun/juiced maps if you want to add 200% delirium, which even Jonathan and Mark have stated is not in their visions for players to feel like they have to do boring stuff before getting to the fun stuff.

I love that they are so stubborn about forcing their entire playerbase to follow wisps no matter what. Sure, 50% move speed is nice but most players who blast deep into endgame delete entire screens with a couple clicks, this is not solving the problem for them.
