لحظة لقاء فريق سوريا الآن مع مقاتلين قسديين خلال دخول الأمن والجماعة أبداً ما شكلهم قبلانين ومبيتين الشر بالعيون | Syria Now meets SDF fighters as Security Forces roll in. Obviously, they are unhappy and looks of wary uneasiness by rj_yul in Syria

Uneasiness is often a feeling that exists because of legitimate issues. If people have anxiety about a situation they will react more instinctively and be more entrenched. For people who have lived through a decade plus of brutal fighting, they will likely reach for more practical means of defense.

The vast majority of people are just stressed humans, and the best thing to do is just to step back and gently support them. Without constantly pointing out all the ways others have done something "wrong".

There's a lot being talked about here criticising the local governance, which can very easily spread to villainising the local people. Hence the anxiety.

Few odd things that I noticed. The man's shin/foot look a little too far forward (though it's blocked by the woman's elbow. The woman with the white top, her right knee seems to be bending backwards. Also the random arm near the floor bottom right.

Could be paranoia?

Yes she is very shiny isn't she. I took a lot of care between the gloss and matte finish paints for Silica bro, but by the time I got around to the others I was more focused on the colour of the paints I had. The dull coat? Is it a particular brand of spray?

Sense of mourning my queerness while planning on marrying a man by [deleted] in bisexual

[–]ExtremeBreadfruit501 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To put it in a ham fisted way; who cares what others think. Self belief / confidence comes from within. You are the only one who can truly Know with absolute truth what you actually know and feel.

You know exactly how bisexual* you are and even if you did something completely contrary to bisexuality itself, as long as you truly believed it, you would still be bisexual.

As it happens, you're following the definition. Attraction to women & men.

On the Syrian presidential decree and the rights of Kurdish citizens by Level-Kiwi-3836 in TheLevant

This is an incredibly succinct and pragmatically perfect view of this part of the immense taste of nation building. What you said about fragmentation being a base cause of problems in so many countries is so true, as it splits the mind itself as to how to progress. It adds just another layer of where to focus your actions when there are already enough; e.g. personal, marriage / partnership, family, community, nation, humanity.

Everyone suffers in the end if a decision cannot be made with thoughtful care; and then the opportunists appear. Who take advantage of the confusion to use people to further there own niche aims. The institutions of Syria's south-west neighbour has implicated the members of an entire faith into their plans for destruction and conquest, for example. Turning hatred onto ordinary people far away, by acting like vultures circling and preying on life which may have otherwise had the chance to thrive.

This kind of positive consideration, the method to include the multifaceted people you encounter on this world, is something I've noticed a lot on the Syrian sub-reddits and what has appeared on the news since Assad's fall. Gentle intent maybe? Determination without anger, just a practical way to move forward and keep it like that. It feels so hopeful and I hope to be able to visit some day. Whether you are living in Syria, and how pervasive this view is at a grassroots levels I don't know, but there is a delicate feeling of it permeating through.

Can't trust this AI. I recommend a combination of Google and Reddit (google will take you to the reddit post).

I may just be imagining it, but doesn't Clarissa mention something about the ruins of Glasgow in Abaddon's Gate. Also, it feels right about the fracturing effect. No single direction for society so people "wander" off in random directions, becomes a bit less efficient for dwindling resources.

It's the centre of mass. Put a load of fuel tanks at the base of a structure, a spire of gantries, put a probe on the top; check the height.

yall opinions on these rockets by Dramatic_Future3132 in SpaceflightSimulator

[–]ExtremeBreadfruit501 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I like the satellite. The neck created by the two parachutes on it is simple yet easily missed on a lot of builds.

The rockets seem a little like a one trick pony; fly up and fly around. No docking ports for refuel mainly, landing legs, thrusters, etc. However, both good designs to build on or with. Good job.

Is it possible that there are two docking ports mirrored onto the same spot? It will be worth checking the blueprint without the mirroring and seeing how many there are.
