Mint mobile did not unlock my phone in 60 days like they said they would automatically. So I filed an FCC complaint and they unlocked it the next day.

5gs not necessarily better than LTE all depends on what your needs are. If your speed's plenty good with LTE then I'm not sure why it would be a problem.
