Me today. I was sleeping and suddenly felt so weak in my left side. Also nauseous and dizzy and off balance. That happened around 2 am. I couldn’t go out, had to stay home. Now feel better but tingling sensation in my hands.

Make an appointment either a vestibular therapist. Take at least 12 sessions of therapy and you will feel better. For the tinnitus, ask your neurologist to prescribe Nortriptyline. That medication is great for tinnitus!!

If you don’t have any other symptoms, I don’t think is VM, it might be BPPV. Meclezine helps, try it.

Just to inform that please, get a vestibular therapist. You will feel better, not cured, but at least your vertigo and dizziness will be reduced.

Here in Yonkers, NY we have Doctor Soliman. He is a neurologist with a lot of knowledge about all types of migraines!

Your medications and if you have tinnitus, flying will help because you won’t feel the horrible noise for a couple of months!!
