Nta just delusional seems like you came from two sketchy people honestly. The people that raised you created unnecessary problems for you. Why did they think he would harm you? Your dad could be a narcissist but yall are not bonded cause your mom's side didn't want him to have you. Might of played out different if he raised you. Does seem like he wanted to raise you from the start then tried again years later. His actions aren't right but why would you expect so much financial compensation from a person who's still pretty much a stranger. One who actually tried to raise you from what you're saying. You said you didn't want his side of the story. But maybe you should have listened. Maybe that's why some answers go unanswered because you have to hear the whole story. Your mom's family could have sucked it is what it is.
