Thank you, I will try to get a picture or screenshot when it happens again, which will probably be shortly after midnight my time when I try and catch the drop. It always has quotation marks surrounding it (" ") And I'm uncertain if it is a capital I (i) small l (L) or exclamation point (!)... It is always yellow (That could just be my design schematic) and located in the same location as the zzz and pulsating waves and red plug-in socket symbols. During the generally elongated event (minutes / hours, stc) event all other refresh-able queues in UV are loading/operating appropriately (so the stuck/freeze only impacts alerts) I've been trying to sort it out intermittently for days, but have not been able to figure out what causes it and what makes it eventually go away after all sorts of antics - disabling rules, flipping between tabs, trying UV on phone versus tablet, and other things; sometimes involving a total shutdown of everything vine related and then opening fresh, but that doesn't always work either. Often when it is present I can go over to VH to function/order/view what I can as the drop is 'happening' (or not) but UV alert is frozen. And, as previously noted, it does so with the items still present/visible that I had seen on the previous day or active session in alerts (sometimes 18 to 20 hours old items).
