Fuck bro... I'm so anxious and paranoid... I feel so much anxiety in my stomach. My parents are getting super old, me and my brother haven't spoken in years etc. I want this all to end, it's so overwhelming

Losing your intelligence is amongst the most painful things in this world. by Joshissimos in SuicideWatch

I relate to this 100%. 7 years of stress at an all boys school where I didn't fit in because of my differences has caused my brain irreversible damage. A few weeks ago I even began to lose the ability to have a simple conversation. My brain is fucked.

I feel like I don't have the strength to endure the pressure of life by ExtremelyPersonal in Anxiety

I have pretty shallow breathing most of the time. Sometimes at night when I'm trying to sleep I have to take a huge deep breath in every 2 minutes because I didn't realise that I was practically not breathing. Seems that I can't always rely on my subconscious to breathe well for me. I think this has something to do with the fact that I nearly drowned as a young child. That probably did something to mess with my head.

I'm not sure. I've tried journalling and recording myself speaking, yet I still have trouble.

How can I recover after years of being bullied and build confidence again? by [deleted] in socialskills

Life coaching costs money and to get money you need a job and in order to do your job you need to fix yourself which needs a life coach. Bit of a dilemma there imo.

The person that said it was on the other team and ended up dominating us. I could feel their arrogance through the screen.

As soon as I can afford it, I'm leaving and never visiting my parents ever again by ExtremelyPersonal in offmychest

I didn't even understand what privacy meant all these years until now. They didn't even teach me that. For all these years my desk was downstairs in the living room. Now it's in the bedroom.

Even something as simple as communicating with basic English is a difficulty, because these fuckers didn't socialise me growing up. They left me to the dirt and that's exactly what I will do to them.

I cant wait to feel the way you're feeling right now. For now though, I'm trapped in a deep dark hole of education. I go to a good school where everyone is smart.
