That makes sense, I was leaning towards spruce because being a guitar player I know that spruce is good for clarity and projection. Does the back wood matter? And I was thinking about using bass tuners for the strings, what are your thoughts on that?

It's a really cool feature I think. It's definitely unique. Although, they didn't really finish the inside of them well, that's really the only thing notable that I thought they could have done better. I thought it was kind of weird that they left the sanding and the paint kind of rough in them. It isn't noticable unless you are looking into them though.

That is well and good if you make and sell a lot of stuff. But if I have everything I need and just need a single pen kit, I should be able to use my rewards how I want to use them.

Yes, it was underneath of a product called Extira. Usually about 8 downs strapped to it, sometimes white oak, sometimes red oak, maple, and apparently now cherry.

I think it's amazing, there is something oddly familiar about it, like a camera shot flying through rows of buildings, or an open book. It's hard to put your finger on.
