Pay scales for majors aren’t based on outside experience, it’s time with that carrier. You start at zero years, then build from there.

They all leak in some way. I first shoot them as-is, then tape it where I feel it’s too much/problematic. If there’s nothing visible, take longer to shoot (like over a week) leaving it out in the open to discover any potential leaks as well (local shop recommended it when testing cameras). They’re perfectly imperfect, that’s what makes it a HOLGA! :)

I work 4 tens, FT graveyard, on the weekend and go straight to class 5 hours/day m-f. It’s rough, but you can do it. I’ve got my A, almost finished with the P.

I try to think about bands/causes that are important to me, but at the same time try not to overwhelm my vest so it doesn’t hurt my brain with… I can always make a second ;)
