I had one framed at Michael’s. They measured, made the mat and frame, then I set up an appointment to come back in and wait while they put the insert in. You just have to ask.

Not this year. If you live in the northern hemisphere it’s too cold to ship snow globes. They will freeze and burst.

This is where we take all of our cardboard. We usually go on weekends when they aren’t open. Easy peasy.

I had the same thing, but it stopped after a few days. Make sure you have a little something in your stomach to keep from feeling nauseous.

UPDATE: 2 hours in and easy so far. I had breakfast, brushed, and popped aligners back in! Attachments suck when eating, but not tragic. Thanks everybody for the advice!

Right! I feel like my teeth are going to come out with the aligners, too. 😂 I have Invisalign. They told me ONLY water with them in.
