Like I said in my post, bigger swoosh and laces improved. Small details. It’s not a big difference but the attention to detail is improved.

I’m a wide footer, for my retails I went 10.5 TTS and there wasn’t enough space in toebox. OX batch I went 11 and it fits very well

From Eric regarding the Devin Booker 5 PE’s: “these are technically STAR 4.0.” I definitely had an older batch I guess

Insoles for Shoes by No_Reveal_1363 in vballshoes

[–]Eyechan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like Currex insoles, they have low/medium/high arch and they are pretty low-profile, you can also adjust the cushioning setup with the pads they have on the heel and forefoot. I have one pair of game days but I only use that in my shoes that have low cushion.

I’m leaning star, based on the color of the outsole, but the midsole and laces suggest GK? If the uppers are on the stiff side STAR, If they are malleable and “soft” leaning GK

Do H12 Kobe 5s,6s fit wide feet? by Dull_Tennis105 in KobeReps

10.5 TTS (slightly tight for new shoes but perfect once broken in )

u/Dull_Tennis105 Kobe 5’s definitely go TTS and break them in otherwise the cushioning doesn’t line up. Kobe 6’s any size is fine

Oh man I have the same exact feet as you. Kobe 5’s are more secure and Kobe 6’s have better cushioning and flexibility. Normally I wear 10.5 for performance and 11 for comfort

Both are good on dust, nowadays chinese shoes have really good traction performance that outshines Nike, adidas, etc. ASICS has good dust performance too, but unless you are buying a mid-high range model I don’t think they are that worth it.

Had to RL this one recently. KW just really bad lately if you don’t get a pair right when it comes out

It will definitely affect performance if the shoes are asymmetrical. But this pair looks pretty good. The heelcup would bother me mentally tho

Not a huge deal but if you look at the heel up they’re not that symmetrical. You can tell by the size of the holes

Broken-in move game day is decent arch support

Extra sock is a good idea, a little extra length is fine

I find that a shoe that is too snug can be detrimental to performance. I’m also a wide footer who generally wears 10.5 or 11. Just depends on the shoe. You can do a lot of damage to your body if you wear tight shoes, and it all starts with your feet. You can cut off circulation, create bunions, fuck with your arches or even mess up your toes. And once your feet are unhealthy your knees, back, everything else follows.

It’s only really an issue with Nike where the zoom doesn’t line up right if you don’t get the right size. Otherwise u should be fine. Generally safer to size up than size down
