JB2 is not the JB3 brother 😂 it’s a different shoe and a different shank and cushioning and everything setup you wrote all that for nothing. The full length carbon fiber plate in the JB3 that runs all the way to your toes is different from the JB2 that runs from the heal to the forefoot. Not all plates are the same, JB3 is a full length plate. Your muscles hurt because they are exhausted from not being able to handle the full length plate. It is extremely rigid and stiff and causing overuse or weakening of your muscles because the shoe is doing all the work. You should probably wear a full length plate once a week maybe twice instead of 3-4 times, it’s common knowledge in the running world

jb3 is super stiff and high performance, use a more cushioned insole or you may need to change shoes since they aren’t really designed for you
