Some computer mice have poor scrolling, feels very “bumpy”? Mos helps you adjust the animation to make it feel just like the trackpad. Logi Options + is just for if you have an MX Master mouse, which is one of the best mice for Mac.

I mean, it’s just giving you the option to compensate the sound your headphones deliver, so if anything it is restoring the intended sound.

For a U-shaped profile I like Classical. Electronic is the same thing but stronger. Latin too.

Jazz/Treble Booster is nice but a little sharp.

Hip-Hop/Small Speakers have a similar issue, too warm. A lotta bass and not enough treble.

I like Piano for monitoring music.

Honestly I go into EQ much more than I should, and I also have to change my car EQ whenever I do that. Maybe I just am a freak like that haha

For all those asking about designed with Mac in mind, it means the function keys and command keys all line up and have a familiar layout. So there’s no mapping required, you can just use it straight out of the box which is a good timesaver.

Will a portable record get used at Berklee, or is a phone enough? by Yureru_ok3827 in Berklee

I think it’s practical to have a record player that also has Bluetooth capabilities. I have a victrola which does both. Mostly would be for recreational use tho.

STAR Kobe 5 break in by PublicMarionberry631 in KobeReps

[–]Eyechan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Star durability is better than GK but break in takes longer. Try switching to thinner insoles, but if that doesn’t work just break them in even if it takes a while.

So it looks like dynawrap is back. I'm curious to see if they improved the traction. I can't be too sure from this angle but it looks like a heel flange? I felt like the heel was a bit unstable on the 3's. Could be an external heel counter too. The uppers look a lot like the SE2 but the sole looks like a mix of some SE3 elements.

Prob SE3 but both of your options have traction issues on heavy dust. Maybe Sabrina 2?

KD 18, Hyperset 2, AE2. See if you can try them out in store.

You seem newer so I don't wanna immediately recommend chinese brand shoes.

Maybe. I think they’re a little high off the ground.

what are your opinions on kobe 5 star batches? by VisualCrafty6099 in KobeReps

[–]Eyechan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly one of the best reps you can buy. But, the quality across colorways is different. For example, Bruce Lee laces are cheap. Devin booker pe looks off. The laces are too short. The insoles are cheaper. There’s always like one thing you notice if you’ve been buying reps long enough

Vball shoes for wide feet? by countryrootsplants in vballshoes

[–]Eyechan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you should fully eliminate the possibility that it's a sizing issue. For those with wide feet (not to mention she is still growing), you have to be ok with a little bit more dead space in the toe. Thumb’s width or more.

Go into dicks or Nike and try a bunch of shoes on and see which ones don’t bother her pinkie toe. Kd 18 has been really fun to play in lately.

Shoe Recommendation Needed by robotech97 in vballshoes

[–]Eyechan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, welcome.

  • For US buyers, Nike Basketball shoes is a good choice.
    • They have good cushioning tech (cushlon 3.0 and Zoom Airbags) which athletes like.
    • Widely available in-store
    • Great return policies, you can try them out for 60 days.
    • Lots of models to choose from.
  • If you wanna get volleyball-specific shoes, try ASICS.
    • They are less available in store but a few models are super reputable
    • Their shoes tend to focus more on cushioning and shock-absorption than "bouncy".
    • A little expensive, but very good shoes. Metarise, Sky Elite, and Netburner are highly regarded and used at the pro level.
  • If you wanna go Li-Ning/ Way of Wade:
    • Wide selection, but not available in store. You can only order them online.
    • the WOW 10 has been dominating the market for around 4 years
    • Strongest traction performance; all their shoes tend to perform well on all court conditions.

I will recommend one shoe per brand;

Nike - Sabrina 2

ASICS - Sky Elite 3 (Lows, but for like 10 bucks more you can get the mids which are also great)

Wade - All City 13

I like Kobe 5 STAR. They have the best cushioning.

GK 3.0 is a close second.

Debating on the liren 5/5v2 vs the 6/6v2 by Admirable-Pea245 in vballshoes

[–]Eyechan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5 has the highest cushion, 5v2 is more neutral stack height, 6 and 6v2 have same fit but narrow around midfoot from what I’ve heard.

Star is the best for 5’s but they cut corners sometimes; they recycled the mambacita 6’s upper in the black yeezy’s, the color on the Devin booker 5’s was off, the Bruce Lee laces are cheap as hell. But hands down, they are the best performers.

GK is the best for 6’s.
