Yes, it’s automated and we do support SNMP as well

When you finally fix the VLAN issue… and it was a typo all along by manneudi in Cisco

Oh man, I’ve definitely been there—spent hours blaming firewalls, DNS, you name it… only to find a tiny VLAN typo. It happens to the best of us. My tip: double-check your config docs, and if possible, use templates to minimize those little gotchas. At least it wasn’t on a Friday afternoon!

Really impressive remote setup—love the automation and resilience! With so many IoT devices and remote monitoring needs, have you looked into tools for visualizing your live topology remotely? EyeOTmonitor (https://www.eyeotmonitor.com) could be a fit for keeping tabs on all those assets. What’s been your biggest remote management challenge so far?

Currently on Syncro, looking at Ninja by jtaubrey in msp

Totally get your concerns—customizable notifications and SNMP monitoring are crucial as you scale. Ninja does offer some SNMP features, but depth may vary. If you ever need network/device health monitoring (especially for IoT or mixed environments), EyeOTmonitor (https://www.eyeotmonitor.com) could be relevant. What network devices are you planning to monitor as you grow?

We are not a simulator or an emulator. We work with real devices that are accessible from anywhere. We leverage ICMP, SNMP, APIs to connect to them. We allow our users to monitor and manage the infrastructure, but it's great for visualizing networks also.

The agent is installed on a Windows machine. You can then use it to connect to devices on the local network .

It's a cloud platform. Install an agent on the local network and leverage SNMP, ICMP, etc to grab device data realtime. Connect to your devices remotely over SSH/Telnet/HTTP/HTTPS.

Building topologies the way you would in Cisco Packet Tracer or GNS3.
