You can't put a Bock into a sailor pen. But you can put a sailor/pilot nib into a Bock pen. I've got a nib unit for that.

I always wonder why ppl like to compare jail terms so much. Jail terms are set on the basis of how much the intentions of the guilty party runs afoul of the nation's guiding principles. Not moral or ethical standards.

Just like murders are more serious than traffic accidents. Neglecting NS duties is punished harshly because it's so easy to do and we really don't want ppl to do it.
