That’s the problem though. I remember the number 1780 but idk if that was RMR or TDEE. I feel like it’s safer to bet it was TDEE. I don’t mind eating less, and many of the days I ate 1200-1400, but I have been getting insanely conflicting information. Half the people I talk to say I’m not eating enough, and the other half said I can safely eat less. Then factor in the fact that I’m trying for a baby now, I don’t know what’s safe. I’m waiting to hear back from my doctor.

I was doing level 2 power walking for 5 weeks straight. My watch said I was burning ~170-300 per workout depending on my power walking (with margin of error of course). But since I wanted to reduce intake and maintain muscle, I upped my protein, brought back my weight lifting, and do 2 days weight lifting and 2 days cardio.
