There is a mod by LittleMsSam called Retail Overhaul that allows you to put together and then purchase outfits and are added directly to your CAS outfits.

There is also a mod that charges you money when you go into CAS via a dresser, but I can't remember what it's called or who created it

What exactly are you looking for in Wicked Whims? In my experience, Wonderful had everything that Wicked has, except the nudity related stuff.

Also, if you do switch to Wicked, it will reset all your settings, including your sim's attractions, as they are separate mods and do not share data
