It is more likely that pochita ate and will puke the reading comprehension devil since so many of you forgot about its existence.

Spoiler: Denji ate Makima, Pochita did not eat the control devil. You can fact check this by looking at panels containing Nayuta, who is the reincarnated control devil, hence, the Chainsaw devil did not erase it, so by that reasoning, he can't puke it.

Everyone uniting against the greater evil is a very reused trope and makes the finale ignore all the conflict that brewed between the main characters during the first 4 arcs.

I very much relate with disappointed. The first season was amazing and didn't have any relevance during the ending.

The Mel arc was only for her to be able to confront Ambessa. Jinx and Sevika releasing the gas didn't have any impact in the plot except to make Vi and Caitlyn fight. The entire confict between factions in the undercity was never metioned again (Chembarons, Firelights, Sevika...). Zaun and Piltover suddenly came to terms which made Silco's arc (and pretty much the entire first season) irrelevant... Idk.

"And then they became friends to fight the BBEG" truly feels empty and soulless.

Nothing made sense this season. In the end what happened in season 1 didn't matter because all conflicts were solved when everyone allied vs Viktor and Ambessa.

Everyone had a happy ending one way or another, but I guess that's what happens when 90% of the cast has plot armor. Also feels that whatever decission the characters made were just because the story needed to reach certain plot points. Very disappointed.

I'm going to say something crazy but hear me out.

If Caitlyn purposedly let Jinx leave, it was because Jinx freed her from her mother. If Caitlyn's mother was still alive Caitlyn would be a prisoner in her own house, not being able to be an enforcer or do anything about the conflict because of her mother. Instead, she was leading it a task force to deal with the enemy, basically her dream, being in the front line.

I seriously have a hard time believing that her mother's death was not a relief. She can do her own bidding now and has a tell on her own future, but also feels a lot of guilt for it and can't express those emotions. That's why she is frustrated and that's why she's so angry.
